Anyone can clear a driveway on a Saturday afternoon. The real measure of a snow contractor is what happens during a night storm, when the machines have to roll at 3 AM so the lot is ready at opening.
We track accumulation continuously all winter. The moment the trigger depth is reached, the routes roll automatically: no call, no request, no surcharge.

Fixed-price seasonal contract, payable in instalments. Your driveway is staked before the first freeze to protect lawn and paver edges, then cleared at every accumulation through to season's end.
Parking lots, loading docks and emergency access.
An uncleared lot is a liability exposure and a business losing customers. Our commercial contracts guarantee a fully cleared and salted site before opening hours, backed by a service log.
02What's covered
We track forecasts and real accumulation continuously from November to April. Routes are triggered automatically at the agreed depth.
One fixed price for the whole winter, regardless of how many storms come. You budget once and stop thinking about it.
De-icing salt on asphalt, abrasives on slopes and pedestrian zones. Applied before ice forms, not after.
When snow banks reach their limit, we load and haul off site to recover your parking capacity.

Reflective markers installed before the first freeze to protect lawn, pavers, edges and sprinkler heads all winter.
03Equipment
A residential driveway and a 200-space lot are not cleared with the same equipment. We own both, which means no site gets whatever machine happened to be free.
For residential driveways, long rural lanes and private roads. Fast, and the snow is pushed back far enough that the driveway doesn't narrow as winter goes on.
For commercial lots and large surfaces. Stacks snow vertically instead of eating parking spaces, and loads into trucks when the site has to be cleared out.
04How we quote
Winter contract pricing depends on the area to clear, the room available to push snow back and the service level required. We come and look at the property before setting a number. It's the only way to guarantee a firm price for the whole season.

If there is nowhere to stack snow, loading and hauling has to be built into the plan.
A business opening at 6 AM and a home do not carry the same response window.
