Property maintenance
Same crew, same day of the week, same standard. Mowing, trimming, spring clean-ups and fall shutdowns under a seasonal contract, May through November.
01Why a contract
A lawn cut too short in July burns off in three days. A hedge trimmed at the wrong moment loses its shape for two seasons. A bed that's never weeded goes back to field in a single summer.
A maintenance contract isn't just mowing: it's someone who knows your property and adjusts cutting height, trimming schedule and clean-ups to the actual season, not to a generic calendar.
02What's included
Weekly visit on a fixed day, string-trimmed edges and blown-off hard surfaces. Cutting height is raised in July and August to protect roots through drought.
Trimmed at the right point in the season for each species: cedar, boxwood, hydrangea and flowering shrubs don't share a calendar. Clippings collected and hauled away.
Full April clean-up: winter debris cleared, salt-damaged areas raked out, markers pulled, edges repaired and the first cut done.
Leaf removal, a shorter final cut to limit snow mould, beds cleaned out and vulnerable plants protected before winter.
Weeding, mulch refresh, edges re-cut and replacement of perennials that didn't survive the winter.
Dead patches repaired, top-dressed and overseeded, with aeration where the lawn has compacted.
