01Why a contract
A good-looking yard takes upkeep.
A lawn cut too short in July burns out in a few days, and a hedge trimmed at the wrong time takes two seasons to get its shape back. Doing the right thing at the right time makes all the difference.
With a maintenance contract, the same crew looks after your property all season. We adjust cutting height, trimming time and clean-ups to that year's weather, not to a fixed calendar.
02What's included
From the first cut to the last bag of leaves.
Lawn mowing
A visit every week on the same day, with edges trimmed and hard surfaces blown clean. We cut higher in July and August to protect the lawn from drought.
Hedge & shrub trimming
Trimmed at the right time for each species, because cedar, boxwood, hydrangea and flowering shrubs don't follow the same calendar. Clippings are picked up.
Spring opening
Big April clean-up: winter debris picked up, salt-burned areas raked, stakes pulled, edges repaired and the first cut done.
Fall shutdown
Leaf removal, a shorter last cut to prevent snow mould, beds cleaned out and fragile plants protected before winter.
Garden bed upkeep
Weeding, fresh mulch, edges re-cut and replacement of perennials that didn't make it through the winter.
Lawn repair
Dead patches repaired, topsoil added, overseeding and aeration where the lawn is compacted.
