01Our story
Started with a shovel. Continued on reputation.
LMS Multi-Travaux started in 2018 with a truck, a trailer and one simple conviction: most landscaping problems come from shortcuts taken below the surface, where the client can never check.
We decided to do the opposite: excavate to the right depth, compact in lifts, solve drainage before aesthetics, even when it meant losing contracts to cheaper bids.
Eight years on, most of our new clients come from a neighbour, a friend or a past client who watched their landscape hold through the winters without moving. We've added machinery, crews and snow contracts, but the method hasn't changed.
02What we don't negotiate on
Six commitments, every time.
In-house crews
Our employees are ours, trained in our method. We don't subcontract the core of the work to crews we can't control.
Owned machinery
Mini-excavator, excavator, loader and trucks are ours. No waiting on rentals, no inflated mobilisation fees padding your quote.
Fully insured
Full liability coverage on every job site. Proof of insurance is provided on request, no hesitation.
Line-by-line quotes
Materials, quantities, labour and schedule detailed in writing. You know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Site cleaned every evening
The property is swept and made safe at the end of every day. You live there during the work. It should stay livable.
Follow-up after the first season
We come back after the first winter to confirm everything held. If something has moved, we fix it.
03Twelve months a year
Two trades, one crew.
Landscaping and snow removal complement each other perfectly: one fills the warm season, the other the winter. That lets us keep our people year-round instead of rebuilding a crew every spring. And a stable crew means a stable standard.

Site visit & measurements
We come on site to assess grades, drainage, access and soil conditions. That is the difference between a build that lasts and one that shifts.
Detailed quote
You receive a written, line-by-line quote: materials, quantities, labour, schedule. No surprise amounts.
Execution
Our crew executes with our own machinery. The site is protected, cleaned every evening, and you are kept posted on progress.
Inspection & follow-up
We walk the finished project with you before we leave, then return after the first season to confirm everything has held.
