At LMS Multi-Travaux, the owner comes to assess your property, and our own crews do the work, summer and winter.
01Our story
A family affair, from day one.
LMS Multi-Travaux was founded in 2018 by a father and his son, with a simple idea: do the job right, including the part nobody sees.
In practice, that means digging to the right depth, compacting properly and checking the levels before thinking about looks. It sometimes takes longer, but it's what makes the work last.
Since then, the company has added machinery, crews and commercial, residential and multi-unit snow removal. The way we work hasn't changed.

Our own crews
Our employees work for us and know our methods. We don't hand the core of the work to subcontractors.
Our own machinery
Mini-excavator, excavator, loader and trucks are ours. No waiting on rentals, no inflated travel fees in your quote.
Insured $5M and up
Liability coverage of $5M and up on every job. We'll send you proof of insurance on request.
Line-by-line quotes
Materials, quantities, labour and schedule are all written down. You know exactly what you're paying for.
Site cleaned every evening
You live there during the work, so we leave the site clean and safe at the end of every day.
Follow-up after the first winter
We come back after the first winter to check that everything held. If something moved, we fix it.
03Twelve months a year
Summer or winter, the same crew.
Landscaping fills the warm season and snow removal takes over in winter. That lets us keep our people year-round instead of starting over with a new crew every spring.
November to April
Snow season
Continuous weather monitoring, residential, commercial and multi-unit snow removal, abrasive spreading, snow loading and hauling.

First contact
You tell us about your project by phone or through the form. We book a site visit within a few days.
Site visit & measurements
We come on site to check levels, slopes, access and soil type. That's the difference between work that lasts and work that shifts.
Detailed quote
You get a written, line-by-line quote: materials, quantities, labour and schedule. No surprise amounts.
The work
Our crews do the work with our own machinery. The site is protected, cleaned every evening, and we keep you posted on progress.
Inspection & follow-up
We walk the finished job with you before leaving, and come back after the first winter to make sure everything held.
